Temporary closure of Po Lam Post Office

As a postal staff member has been confirmed positive of COVID-19, Po Lam Post Office is temporarily closed this afternoon (7 October) for thorough cleaning and disinfection of all the facilities and mail items and will be re-opened at 3:30 pm today. Delivery of local and inbound mail may subject to delay. Service Guarantee of Hongkong Post shall not apply*.

Members of the public can access postal services at the nearby Tseung Kwan O Post Office (Shop 14C, G/F, Ming Tak Shopping Centre, Ming Tak Estate). Hongkong Post apologises for the inconvenience caused.

* Service Guarantee of Hongkong Post shall not apply to any interruption of service due to causes beyond Hongkong Post's control including, but not limited to: acts of God, disruptions in transportation networks, adverse weather conditions and pandemic.
