The transaction previously reported on May 13, 2021 erroneously reflected the disposition of 62,312 shares of Class B Common Stock rather than 61,312 shares of Class B Common Stock. The securities disposed of and amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction have been corrected accordingly.
