TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.

１．Delisting and Designation as Securities to Be Delisted

（２）Period of Designation as Securities to Be Delisted From Jun. 21, 2023 (Wed.) to Jul. 20, 2023 (Thu.)
（３）Delisting Date Jul. 21, 2023 (Fri.)
(Note) In cases where circumstances in which the above beneficiary certificates should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date.
（４）Provision Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1112, Paragraph 2, Item (3), Sub-item (e) (Due to falling under the case where a deposit agreement or any other agreement pertaining to listed foreign ETF trust beneficiary certificates will be terminated.)
（５）Reason Today, the management company pertaining to the beneficiary certificates described in "(1) Issue Name" above (hereinafter "the ETFs"), announced that the number of beneficiary right units held by the beneficiaries who objected to the amendment to the trust agreement, which will make the trust period expire on Jul. 24, 2023, during the period for objections did not exceed half of the total number of beneficiary right units, and the trust for the ETFs will terminate on Jul. 24, 2023 due to the amendment to the trust agreement.

２．Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money

Beneficiary certificates of the ETFs will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Jun. 22, 2023 (Thu.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin trading and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bonds
