Toby Anderdon returns to Savills flagship Sloane Street office

Anderdon, who spent five years at Savills before leaving in 2019, has more than a decade's experience working in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Cited by Spear's 500 as a 'rising star' in the early stages of his career with Savills, Toby has gone on to handle some of Chelsea's most significant sales including several high value transactions in The Boltons conservation area and other parts of SW3.

Having opened its doors 40 years ago, Savills is the longest standing international property adviser on Sloane Street. Toby will be sitting alongside some of prime central London's best known and most experienced agents who have handled many of the highest capital value sales within the golden postcodes. In his new role at Savills, Toby will focus on £5million-plus properties throughout Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Chelsea, working closely with members of the Sloane Street, Knightsbridge and Chelsea sales departments as well as colleagues within Savills Private Office to provide comprehensive advice tailored to high net worth clients.

Co-head of prime central London residential, Richard Gutteridge, comments: "We are delighted to be welcoming Toby back to Savills. Passionate about client care, he brings with him a wealth of local experience along with a great track record and he will be a fantastic addition to our market leading team.

Our prime central London agency business is going from strength to strength as we continue to increase market share across Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia. Toby is perfectly placed to help us drive forward our sales operation in these key locations."

Speaking on his appointment, Toby Anderdon, director, Savills Sloane Street, adds: "I am really thrilled to be returning to the Sloane Street team and look forward to bringing my local knowledge and contributing to the department's future successes."
