Internet influencers help promote garbage sorting

More than 30 internet influencers took a garbage classification observation tour on May 22, which was one of the themed activities held by the Suzhou Household Garbage Classification Leading Group Office and the City Management Bureau to celebrate the third anniversary of the implementation of Regulations on the Management of Household Garbage Classification in Suzhou.

The influencers paid visits to the Chefang Household Garbage Transfer Station in Suzhou Industrial Park and the Suzhou Garbage Incineration Power Plant to learn more about the processes related to garbage sorting, including dumping, collection, transportation, and treatment. They shared what they saw with millions of fans online to publicize the significance of garbage classification.
