The date for the discussion of the Optima PUD application will be posted here once it is determined.
The Village has received an amended Planned Unit Development (PUD) application from Optima to construct 135 condominium units at 721-739 Green Bay Road (former site of Imperial Motors). The application materials can be found via the links below.
The zoning review process will include non-binding reviews by the Village's Appearance Review and Housing Commissions. After these reviews, the Plan Commission will hold a public hearing in April, followed by a final vote of the Village Board, most likely in May. Meeting dates will be posted on the Village website once determined.
