The MCA Code of Safe Working Practices Has Been Updated

There is a legal requirement for the Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seafarers (COSWP) to be carried, and readily accessible, onboard UK flagged merchant ships. Further information can be found within MGN 539 Amendment 2.
