Clifford Chance advises on generative AI and voice technology company Mobvoi's IPO and listing in Hong Kong

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the joint sponsors CICC and CMBI on the initial public offering and listing of generative AI and voice interaction technology company Mobvoi Inc., on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mobvoi is the first AI-generated content (AIGC) company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Partners Tianning Xiang and Fang Liu co-led the deal, with support from counsel Hao Wu and Erxin Lu, associates Yuer Shao, Ada Zheng and Xiao Tang as well as trainee solicitor Yunwen Wang.
