RCMP seeking public's help to locate stolen truck

The Western Valley Region RCMP is asking for the public's help to locate a stolen truck from Nackawic, N.B.

On April 20, 2024, police received a report that a Ford F250 had been stolen from a residence in Nackawic.

On April 21, police received information that the truck was observed being spray painted black in Monquart, N.B. Police later located the vehicle travelling south on Highway 130, however, the vehicle immediately sped off and was driving in and out of oncoming traffic. Police did not pursue the vehicle.

Police have since identified an individual in connection with the theft, but are asking for the public's help to locate the truck.

The truck is described as a 2004 Ford F250, with New Brunswick license plate CTU 230, and vehicle identification number 1FTNX2P04ED61505. The truck was originally white, but has since been spray painted black. The snow plow had also been removed from the truck prior to the theft.

Anyone who has seen the truck since April 21, or who has information that could help further the investigation, is asked to contact the Western Valley Region RCMP at 506-325-3000.
