National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

Do you have unused or expired medicines you need to get rid of? Through Sunday, April 28, you can safely dispose of your unused and expired medicines in the drop box located in the lobby of the Waco Police Department, 3115 Pine Avenue. The service is free and anonymous.

No needles, inhalers, aerosol cans, hydrogen peroxide, or thermometers.

The service is part of the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) National Drug Take Back Day, which is held annually on April 27. However, the Waco Police Department welcomes you to drop off your unused or expired medications all week long.
