The A487 Trunk Road (The Old Dyfi Bridge, Machynlleth, Powys / Gwynedd) (Prohibitions & Waiting Restrictions) Order 202-

The proposed Order is considered necessary to prohibit vehicles from going across the 19th century stone arch bridge at Dyfi Bridge to help conserve the grade II listed structure and Scheduled Monument located on the A487 trunk road between Machynlleth and Dolgellau.

It is also considered necessary to prohibit waiting along sections of A487 carriageway in various locations that may block access to turning head and agricultural fields (access required at all times for emergency removal of livestock in the case of flood events) and to restrict parking to prohibit overnight caravanning in the flood plain location.
