Ted Kobus, Lynn Sessions and Aleksandra Vold Again Named Top Cybersecurity Incident Responders

Partners Ted Kobus, Lynn Sessions and Aleksandra Vold have again been identified as among the best data breach response lawyers in the field.

On April 20, 2023, Cybersecurity Docket released its 2023 Incident Response 50 list, which included all three partners. The list recognizes attorneys who have established themselves as the first point of contact for companies hit with a cyberattack or other data security incident.

Over time, the list has grown. When Kobus, Sessions and Vold made the list in 2022, it included 40 people. Kobus was also on Cybersecurity Docket's list for 2016, 2019 and 2020, when it consisted of 30 lawyers. And 2022 was the second year in a row that Sessions and Vold were named to the Incident Response 40 list.
