Tatiana Martins speaks at ABA “Anti-Corruption Day of Learning 2021”

On December 9, 2021, Davis Polk partner Tatiana Martins will speak at the American Bar Association's "Anti-Bribery Day of Learning" virtual conference. The inaugural program, sponsored by the Criminal Justice Section, will deliver relevant content on compliance and enforcement. Tatiana will speak on the "Things to Consider When Disclosing to SEC/DOJ" panel. Panelists will discuss factors considered in making the determination to self-disclose and their experiences on the benefits of such disclosures.
