The Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA) managed by the UN Agency, International Civil Aviation Organization, is the first global market-based carbon credit scheme and in October 2023 ICE launched the first physically delivered futures contract covering CORSIA Phase one (CP1).
