A shot in the arm towards getting back to full strength
Throughout the pandemic, Signet team members have persevered in the face of adversity. They've continually seen 'challenges' as 'opportunities' and fully embraced new ways to help our customers Celebrate Life and Express Love, all while working to keep one another and our customers safe.
Our comprehensive Love Takes Care™ safety program continues to guide our commitment to team member and customer safety, which follows or exceeds guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. But Love Takes Care™ is more than a program. It's a real-world manifestation of the value we place in our team members - our true 'frontline heroes' in this pandemic.
That's why, as part of Love Takes Care™, we're providing all North American team members (regular full-time and part-time) up to a total of four hours of paid time off to get the COVID-19 vaccine(s). With the hope of a vaccine now a reality, we want to ensure getting it is as easy and accessible as possible for every team member eligible to receive it.
'In line with our People First core value, the health and safety of our team members always comes first,' said Mary Liz Finn, Chief People Officer. 'We will continue to invest in the wellbeing of our team members as we have throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.'
In addition to providing paid time off for the vaccine, we're regularly sharing resources with our teams from healthcare experts as well as vaccination information from our trusted healthcare partners.
COVID-19 changed many things, but one thing it hasn't changed is our belief that the world has more love in it when Signet's team members are as strong (and healthy) as they can be.

Last year, Signet introduced its comprehensive Love Takes Care™ store safety program, aimed at heightening safety to both customers and employees. The program's protocols follow or exceed guidance from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. Love Takes Care™ covers everything from social distancing and customer face mask requirements, to jewelry try-on procedures and safe piercing protocols, to daily employee symptom screenings.
