The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Anadarko E&P Onshore LLC (F031282,P0037593):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Anadarko E&P Onshore LLC to Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate a 550 hp Doosan 22L natural gas fired generator engine (ENG004) and the ability to replace it with one (1) 550 hp Doosan 22L, 456 hp Doosan 18L, 362 hp Doosan 14L, 272 hp Doosan 11L, 199 hp Doosan 8L, or 106 hp Doosan 8LNA engine at the Woody State 35-69-21 facility, located in the NE¼ NW¼ of Section 16, T35N, R69W, approximately sixteen (16) miles south-southeast of Bill in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031282 and permit number P0037593 or A0016209. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Friday, June 21, 2024.
