Mirrabooka Detectives are seeking information regarding an incident in Balga on Wednesday, 10 April 2024 in which a person was threatened.

Between 12.40pm and 1pm, a woman was sitting in the rear of a ride-share vehicle when she threatened the driver with a knife.

The driver stopped and exited the vehicle outside a 24-hour convenience store and service station located on Princess Road near Camberwell Road. The driver, a man in his 60s, was able to grabbed the knife from the woman.

The woman continued to yell abuse at the driver, repeatedly kicking and punching his vehicle, causing damage, before member of the public intervened and assisted the driver to get away from the woman.
