CNA Financial Corporation’s Registered Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $500 million registered notes offering of CNA Financial Corporation, a global insurance organization serving businesses with a broad range of commercial property and casualty insurance products, including surety, and insurance-related services. The transaction closed on February 9, 2024.

The Cravath team included partners Andrew J. Pitts and C. Daniel Haaren and associates Joshua Kameel and William Tong on capital markets matters, partner Arvind Ravichandran and associate Tristan Baylor on tax matters, and partner Matthew Morreale on environmental matters. Aggrey Odera also worked on capital markets matters and Carolyn Liziewski worked on tax matters.
