Applications for 2024 Hometown Heroes Banner Program Now Open

The City of Lowell is proud to announce the return of the Hometown Heroes Banner Program. This initiative recognizes and honors the service of Lowell residents and family members who served in the armed forces or as first responders.

We are now accepting applications for the 2024 program. Please submit your application by April 15 to be included in this year's display.
