Gilbert PD Arrest Massage Therapist in Connection to Alleged Sexual Offenses

Gilbert, AZ - The Gilbert Police Department arrested Raul Perez Ochoa on Tuesday, May 30^th, in connection to alleged sexual offenses that are alleged to have been committed by Ochoa in his capacity as a massage therapist. Ochoa is believed to have worked at massage therapy establishments and as a freelance massage therapist in the East Valley.
