The restricted stock units ("RSUs") will vest with respect to 20% of the RSUs on October 18, 2024, with respect to 30% of the RSUs on October 18, 2025, and with respect to 50% of the RSUs on October 18, 2026, in each case subject to the reporting person's continued service with Byrna Technologies Inc. (the "Issuer") through the applicable vesting date. The RSUs were granted on November 14, 2023.
