On May 1, 2024, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Ronald Steele, age 52, of 69 Elder Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Suspended Sentence on an original charge of Murder. Mr. Steele was processed and turned over to Providence Superior Court officials.

On May 1, 2024, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Thavisouk Malichansy, age 54, of 162 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear 32f Violation originating from the Lincoln Police Department for Willful Trespass; and 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment originating from the Lincoln Police Department for Willful Trespass. Ms. Malichansey was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Third District Court.

On May 1, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Peter Cosme, age 42, of 8 Baker Street, 2nd Floor, Johnston, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1oz - 1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance/Fentanyl; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance/Fentanyl; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1oz - 1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance/Cocaine; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance/Cocaine; and 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1-5 kilograms of a Schedule I Controlled Substance/Marijuana. Mr. Cosme was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and turned over to officials at the ACI Intake Center pending a morning arraignment in Third District Court.
