Eurosat Coastiality - The Phantom of the Opera' begins at Europa-Park

In the France themed area, visitors to 'Eurosat Coastiality' can now look forward to a new virtual reality adventure: 'The Phantom of the Opera'. The captivating story is accompanied by world-famous music, making the VR rollercoaster ride a unique experience for the whole family. Europa-Park owner Roland Mack said after the first ride, "With 'Eurosat Coastiality - The Phantom of the Opera' we have opened another highlight for our visitors to Europa-Park. The innovative VR technology offers a new level of world-class experience."

To this day, Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical 'The Phantom of the Opera' is considered one of the most spectacular productions of all time. At 'Eurosat Coastiality', visitors aged twelve and over can now discover up-close the world of 19th century Paris' 'Opéra Populaire'.

Before the rollercoaster ride begins, every passenger puts on a VR headset in a pre-show room. The real, physical environment that has been realised by MACK Solutions is not only recreated perfectly within virtual reality, but actually expanded. Thanks to VR Coaster's patented 'Roam and Ride' technology, visitors can easily board the ride while still wearing the VR headset.

Developed by MACK One in collaboration with VR Coaster, the attraction promises a unique combination of thrilling drama and the thrill of a rollercoaster ride. For the new Coastiality adventure, the attraction has been equipped with new, state-of-the-art VR headsets and headphones that guarantee an immersive experience.

Tickets are available directly at the entrance to the attraction for 7 Euros.
