Shareholders of Bank Bank RBK decided to pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2022

/KASE, June 2, 2023/ - Bank Bank RBK JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on May 30, 2023. Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions: - to approve the audited financial statements of the bank for 2022; - to distribute part of net income in the amount of 19,111,281,000 tenge as dividends on ordinary shares of the bank for 2022; - to retain part of the bank's net income for 2022, left after the payment of dividends on ordinary shares.
