Greenberg Traurig Advised P3 Logistic Parks on the Acquisition of Logistics Parks in Szczecin and Łódź
WARSAW - 2 October 2023 - Greenberg Traurig advised P3 Logistic Parks on the acquisition of two logistics parks located in Szczecin and Łódź from logistics property developer 7R.
The logistics parks developed by 7R comprise 61 450 sqm and 34 420 sqm respectively, and are both completed and fully leased.
The acquisition completed in Szczecin and Łódź was one of the largest transactions in the Polish logistics market this year.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Karol Lewandowski, supported by Associate Paulina Horodeńska-Wieczorek. Local Partner Maciej Kacymirow and Associate Mateusz Rogulski were responsible for the tax aspects of the transaction. The due diligence team included Associates: Alicja Kwiatkowska, Daria Kostewicz, Alicja Flis, Junior Associates: Justyna Kozik and Hanna Żaboklicka as well as Przemysław Susoł. Partner Maciej Jodkowski supervised all work on the transaction.
