Colombia: 'Very pleased with formal peace talks'

'I'm very pleased to see Colombia's government and ELN commencing formal peace talks', Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ms Anniken Huitfeldt said.

'Norway is honored to continue as a guarantor country. We will do our utmost to assist the parties in reaching a mutually agreeable solution to the conflict. Colombia and Colombians deserve peace', Minister Huitfeldt said.
