Cross-border team advises Condor, Natixis and NORD/LB on financing of an Airbus A330-900neo

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the German airline Condor Flugdienst GmbH as well as Natixis CIB and Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (NORD/LB) as lenders on the insurance-backed financing of an Airbus A330-900neo.

The financing is provided by Natixis CIB and Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (NORD/LB) via a French lease insured and managed by managing general agent, Itasca MGA. Itasca MGA was launched in October 2023 by Castlelake, L.P. and Fidelis MGU subsidiary Pine Walk Capital Limited.

Condor Flugdienst GmbH, based in Neu-Isenburg, is a German airline specialising in offering leisure flights. Condor operates a fleet of over 50 aircraft flying from the eight largest airports in Germany and from Zurich to around 90 destinations in Europe, Africa and America.
