Sep. 06, 2024 OSETrading and Clearing Fee Half-Off Campaign for 3-Month TONA Futures

OSE has decided to implement the Trading and Clearing Fee Half-Off Campaign for 3-Month TONA Futures until March 31, 2025, in order to encourage a wide range of investors to participate in the market and to enhance liquidity.

1. Applicable Contracts
All contract months of 3-Month TONA Futures will be subject to this campaign (also applicable to strategy trading and J-NET trading).

2. Handling of the Trading Fee Rate
The trading fee for such applicable contracts will be reduced by half.

3. Handling of the Clearing Fee Rate (JSCC)
The clearing fee for such applicable contracts (also applicable to contracts for final settlement) will be reduced by half.
For Clearing Fee, JSCC will round down fractions less than JPY 1. The trading contract for obligations assumed by JSCC shall be JPY 8, the contract for final settlement shall be JPY 43.

4. Applicable Period
From October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025 (trading day basis)
