Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Servotronics, Inc. (the "Company") has appointed James C. Takacs as the Company's Chief Technical Officer effective July 10, 2023. Mr. Takacs previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company since May 2018. The Company is currently conducting an executive search and anticipates appointing a new Chief Operating Officer in the third quarter of 2023.
