Announcement of a New Data Sharing Partnership Between the U.S. Department of Treasury's (Treasury) Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) and the National Association of State Workforce Agencies' (NASWA) Unemployment Insurance (UI) Integrity Center to provide State UI Agencies Access to Do Not Pay Working System (DNP) Data Sources and Services through the UI Integrity Data Hub (IDH)

Purpose

To announce the new data sharing partnership between Treasury's Fiscal Service and NASWA's UI Integrity Center to make DNP data sources and services available to the IDH to further support states in preventing and detecting improper payments and strengthening UI program integrity. This Training and Employment Notice (TEN) also announces an updated IDH Participation Agreement (PA) - Version 6.0, which states must execute to access DNP data sources and services through the IDH.
