Davit Khachaturyan elected judge of Criminal Chamber of Court of Cassation

The Chairman of the NA Counting Commission Narek Babayan stated that the Supreme Judicial Council nominated Davit Khachaturyan, Anahit Hakobyan and Manvel Shahverdyan for the vacancy of the judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation. 67 NA deputies out of 107 took part in the voting. There were 67 ballots in the ballot box, there were no invalid ballots.

The deputies did not vote for the candidacy of Anahit Hakobyan and Manvel Shahverdyan. 67 MPs voted for Davit Khachaturyan's candidacy. Thus, Davit Khachaturyan was elected judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
