The FSMA clarifies how clients' sustainability priorities should be taken into account when trading financial instruments

The FSMA has today published a document implementing the guidelines issued by ESMA on 3 April 2023 on certain aspects of the MiFID II suitability requirements (ESMA35-43-3172). These guidelines will apply as from 3 October 2023 and will then replace the previous ESMA guidelines on the subject issued in 2018.
