Bulgartransgaz EAD Management Board has selected Kiril Ravnachki to be the Executive Director of the Company

With a Decision of 9 April 2024, Bulgartransgaz EAD's Management Board has selected Kiril Ravnachki to be the Executive Director of the gas transmission operator. The decision of the Management Board has been approved by the Supervisory Board of the Company on 9 April 2024.

Over the period 2019 to the start of 2023, Ravnachki was the Executive Director of Balkan Gas Hub EAD. To December 2023, he was a member of the General Assembly of the Association of European Energy Exchanges. He is the Bulgarian representative in the ad hoc Steering Board of the common platform for the purchase of natural gas, created at the end of 2022 by the European Commission. As of February 2023, Kiril Ravnachki is a member of Bulgartransgaz EAD Management Board. As of 2012 to 2018 he worked in the gas transmission operator as a specialist in the Finance Department and a Director of the Analyses and International Activity Division. He majored in Economics and Business Administration at the American University in Bulgaria.

The documents required for the record of the changed corporate circumstances have been submitted to the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities with the Registration Agency.
