NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tiburon Town Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2022-23 Municipal Budget and Capital Improvement Program on June 1, 2022.

Introduction of the Municipal Budget and Capital Improvement Program will take place on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at 5:00 p.m and on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., resolutions adopting the budget for Fiscal Year 2022-23, making certain findings and determinations in compliance with Section XIII(B) of the GANN Initiative and setting the appropriation limit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 will be considered. Consistent with Government Code section 54953(e), the Town Council meeting will not be physically open to the public and all council members will be teleconferencing into the meeting. To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public can access the meeting by following live at a video link or conference call number that will be provided on the agenda in advance of the meeting.

Public comment is invited. If you cannot attend the meeting, you may send a letter to the Town Council at 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon CA 94920 or email your comments to the Town Clerk at [email protected].

The full Town Council agenda will be available the week prior to the meeting.
