The newest robotic mine clearance complex Uran-6 will be delivered to the engineering units of the EMD in Buryatia

The engineering units of the Eastern Military District (EMD) stationed in the Republic of Buryatia will receive the latest robotic mine clearance complex Uran-6. It is designed to neutralize mines and other ammunition installed by the enemy or left on the ground after fighting.

The control of the Uran-6 machine is carried out via a radio channel using a remote control. The operator of the complex is located at a safe distance and can work at a distance of up to 1000 m from the machine.

In addition, the mine clearance machine is capable of withstanding blasting up to 60 kg of TNT. The equipment of the complex allows to detect dangerous objects, and then determine their type.
