World Mental Health Day (10 October) highlights that good mental health is something that each and every one of us is entitled to. It is a universal human right, and as a council, we are determined to play our part.

Councillor Kate Stock, Cabinet Member for Children at Wandsworth Council said,<_o3a_p>
"Today we are focusing on what we are doing to help young people, making sure they get the right support, as quickly as possible, whether at school, in the community or through health care settings. <_o3a_p>
<_o3a_p>
"We are also rolling out initiatives like our new Family Hub pilot at the Yvonne Carr Centre which opened recently," said Councillor Stock.
"It's designed to create holistic family support under one roof, so families get the right help - including mental health support - at the earliest opportunity to improve the lives of children." <_o3a_p>
