Norton Rose Fulbright advises Seertech Solutions on major investment by Quadrant Private Equity

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised leading learning software company Seertech Solutions on a major investment by Quadrant Private Equity. This is the first investment by the $530 million Quadrant Growth Fund 2.

Seertech was founded in 2003 and delivers learning and compliance management software solutions to enterprise customers globally across many industries including technology, financial services, mining, transport, healthcare and government. Quadrant is one of Australia's leading private equity firms.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by partner and global co-leader of its digital transformation practice, Nick Abrahams, and senior associate, Oliver Kabongo. The team advised on all aspects of the transaction including vendor due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation of transaction documents and regulatory advice. The sale was announced on 26 September 2021.

Seertech's founder and chief executive officer, Paul Hardwick, commented:
