ARREST: 21RIK3-191 -AR LOCATION: WEST GREENWICH At 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested Robert J. Paulino, age 23, of 17365 SW 31st Court, Miramar, FL for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Shoplifting out of the Pawtucket Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Road in the Town of West Greenwich. Subject was turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
