The D.C. Housing Authority Call Center began experiencing technical difficulties on Wednesday, April 17 around 10:30 a.m.
As soon as DCHA became aware of the issue, our IT Department began working to resolve the situation. When the Call Center returns to service, an update will be provided on our website and social media platforms.
The Call Center went offline briefly Monday afternoon from approximately 2 p.m. to 4p.m.
During this temporary outage, public housing residents with immediate property concerns or maintenance requests should continue to contact their property manager. For public housing residents with other questions or concerns and for Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) households, please find alternative methods of contact on our website. HCVP households can also schedule an in-person appointment on our online booking webpage.
