Prepack acquisition of Eve Sleep Plc by Bensons for Beds

Fried Frank represented Alteri Partners LLP in its acquisition of Bensons for Beds ("Bensons"), which concluded in June 2020. As a follow on transaction, Fried Frank assisted Bensons in acquiring, via pre pack administration, certain assets of Eve Sleep PLC (in administration), including the online mattress retailer's brand, intellectual property and website, with a view to Bensons relaunching the Eve Sleep brand.
