Bonpoint is a globally renowned luxury childrens' ready-to-wear brand, celebrated for its timeless elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and dedication to quality.

This strategic transaction will enable Youngor to diversify its portfolio and strengthen its international footprint in the luxury sector.
