Mobile services with more ported numbers in 2023

By the end of 2023, 17.7% of numbers associated with active mobile accesses (mobile telephone service - MTS) had been ported, including numbers associated with PC/tablet/pen/router and M2M accesses. If numbers associated with PC/tablet/pen/router and M2M accesses are excluded, the percentage of numbers associated with active mobile accesses that have been ported is 22.4%.

19.9% of mobile numbers in the residential segment were ported. In the non-residential segment, this percentage was 11.6%. By the end of 2023, 26.8% of geographical numbers had been ported.

In the residential segment, the percentage of geographical numbers (fixed telephone service - FTS) that had been ported by the end of 2023 was 29.3%, while in the non-residential segment this percentage was 22.9%.

By the end of 2023, 5 317 880 numbers had been ported, including 3 418 330 mobile numbers (MTS), 1 880 531 geographical numbers (FTS) and 19 019 other non-geographical numbers.

The number of ported MTS numbers increased by 4.5% at the end of 2023 compared to the end of 2022, while the number of ported FTS numbers decreased by 0.04% over the same period.

In the 4th quarter 2023, 165 384 numbers were ported, of which 140 460 were mobile numbers (representing 84.9% of all ported numbers), 24 867 were geographical numbers and 57 were "other non-geographical numbers".

In the case of mobile numbers, MNOs have become "net recipients" since the 3rd quarter of 2002, i.e. the number of mobile numbers ported out (from MVNO to MNO) was higher than the number of numbers ported in (from MNO to MVNO).
