This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) Regulations 1997, as amended and replaces MSN 1890 (M+F) Amendment 3.
Notice to all shipowners, employers and seafarers on merchant ships and fishing vessels.
