Dentons adds powerhouse female partner to its award-winning Caribbean-wide Corporate Commercial team

Dentons continues to solidify its position as the leading Chambers and Legal 500 recognized Corporate Commercial practice in the region with the addition of Rosalind L. C. Bynoe in Barbados.

Rosalind brings 30 years of experience practicing corporate law. She holds an impressive record of advising public and private entities and boards of directors on amalgamations, debt and equity financing, governance, incorporations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, restructuring, securitization, and takeovers.

Rosalind advises international financial institutions, insurance entities, multinationals, start-ups, and high-net-worth individuals on the creation of tax-efficient structures in addition to all facets of corporate work.
