Dentons Advises Interparfums SA on the strategic acquisition of Goutal

Paris-Dentons Paris has advised Interparfums SA on its strategic acquisition of all of Maison Goutal's intellectual property rights, previously owned by Amorepacific Europe. This transaction is part of Interparfums' strategy to strengthen its portfolio of prestige brands and expand its presence in the luxury fragrance market.

Dentons played a pivotal role in structuring and securing the acquisition within a complex legal framework, integrating in-depth negotiations on intellectual property rights, ensuring Interparfums gains full control over the brand and its future development.

Led by Loïc Lemercier (Partner, Intellectual Property & Technology, Paris), Dentons assembled a multidisciplinary and cross-border team with expertise spanning intellectual property, M&A, taxation, and employment law.
