American River Parkway Natural Resource Management Plan's Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report Released

On September 20, 2022, Sacramento County Department of Regional Parks (Regional Parks) released the Final American River Parkway Natural Resources Management Plan (NRMP) and its Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR).

The draft SEIR for the final NRMP can be found on the County's Planning Projects Viewer. The review period for the draft SEIR ends on November 3, 2022. Comments related to the draft SEIR should be directed to the Sacramento County Environmental Coordinator and emailed to [email protected] or mailed to the Office of Planning and Environmental Review at 827 7th Street, Room 225, Sacramento, CA 95814.

In 2018, WCB's Lower American River Conservancy Program provided funds to Regional Parks for the development and environmental review of the NRMP.
