UNIQ clothing by Checkers opens 20th store

UNIQ clothing by Checkers was the first local retailer to introduce the superior-quality Pima cotton, SUPIMA, to the mass market. This season, the brand adds another superb material to its collection - 100% Merino wool - which is softer and more refined than regular wool. Its fine fibres are gentle to the touch, lightweight but warm, and will not irritate the skin.

The new collection consists of comfy knitwear, durable outerwear and an extensive range of tees that can be layered with wardrobe favourites to create stunning chilly-weather outfits for the entire family:

• Statement transitional pieces such as the effortlessly chic women's trench coat (R1 299), and the sleek men's shacket (R699), which is available in a range of colours.
• Men's and women's knitwear, including basic jumpers (from R299) and premium 100% Merino wool jumpers (from R549).
• The season's must-have raincoats (R999) providing protection from the wind and rain.
• An extensive collection of long-sleeve T-shirts (priced from R159) in a variety of silhouettes and styles - from fitted to longline, boxy, and dry-feel pocket.
• Kids' (ages 3 - 13) long-sleeve tees, puffer jackets, jumpers, and joggers in warm autumn tones and cosy fabrics, including heavyweight cotton, brushed fleece and wool to keep little ones toasty.
• The store also stocks an all-year-round core range of premium basics, including socks, underwear and sleepwear.
