On March 5, 2024, the placement of 400,000 manat undocumented ordinary shares of "Kredit Evi" OJSC with state registration number AZ1001021497 on the Baku Stock Exchange by subscription was finalized.

During the subscription, 2 order at the price of 20 AZN was submitted to the underwriter by 2 investor.

The total amount of subscription orders at nominal price was 400,000 manats. The volume of shares placed at the nominal price was 400,000 manats.

The underwriter for placement is " Assist Finance İnvestment Company" OJSC.
