The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in order to determine whether private schools operating in the province of Kocaeli violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.

The Board, after discussing the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 28.04.2023, found that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 23-19/374-M to launch an investigation on Ali Korkmaz Özel Eğitim Kurumlan Gıda Nakliye Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti., İzmat Özel Eğitim Yayıncılık San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Murat Yıldırım Eğitim Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. AŞ, Özel Küçükaydın Eğitim Hizmetleri Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ve Sungurbey Eğitim ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
