“OPEN AIR” Arts Evening on May 14 at Heritage Park

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - The magic of live music will once again fill the air at Heritage Park! The Corpus Christi Arts & Cultural Commission will host 'OPEN AIR,' an outdoor arts event on Friday, May 14, 2021, from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.under the oak trees in the Courtyard at Heritage Park 1581 N. Chaparral Street. The event will feature music by a string trio from the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra. Wearable wings and small kinetic car sculptures by fine art students from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi will meander through the audience. KEDT classical music host, Dee Dee Jones, will be the evening's master of ceremonies. Food trucks will be on-site to offer dining and snack options.

This family-friendly event is free admission and open to the public. Heritage Park is located downtown in the SEA (Sports - Entertainment - Arts) District across from the American Bank Center. Parking is available on either side of the park.
